The Simpsons is leading the charge for the Writers Guild of America’s (WGA) annual broadcasting awards, with five nominations. The series was one of five nominees for best comedy series, along with Entourage, Weeds and previous winners 30 Rock and The Office.
Last nights episode ‘The Burns And The Bees’ had 6.19 million viewers, which places it as the least watched episode of Season 20. The episode is now the fourth least watched episode of all time, just narrowing out last seasons ‘Any Given Sundance’ (6.18 million), while long standing positionee ‘The Way We Weren’t’ which had 6.20 million viewers back in 2004, sits at #5.
