Mr. Burns wins the Boston Celtics in a casual game of poker, and decides to build a new basketball stadium in Springfield. Lisa fights for the lives of the bees when Mr.Burns propeses to build the stadium in their habitat. Homer attempts to help the diminishing bee population by mating the Springfield bees with Africanized bees, creating a buzzworthy fiasco.
