Bart is informed that he and a select group of students have received perfect scores on a practice test for the upcoming Vice PresidentÕs Assessment Test. As a result, he will be exempt from taking the real exam and will be transported by helicopter to a pizza party. However, Bart and the others soon realize their trip is not what it seems, and their day turns into an adventure all its own.

This reminds me far too much of the episode where Bart and the bullies are promised free bikes, but are locked in a broom closet all day instead.

Same thing happened when homer and marge said that they are taking bart to Disneyland, and instead of that, they took him to military school!
But I guess that it’s not gonna be this naive as it sounds here in this short description.
