I loved this episode! I was almost rolling on the floor when Skinner got so offended that Chalmers sees over other schools! That was hilarious!

Meh. The jokes were pretty good, but not amazing. And the story line was weaker than a month (har har har)! Can’t really top the last few episodes.

I thought this episode was brilliant especially when Ralph taught miss hoovers class.

My favourite bits were, Skinner – Chalmer, Ralf teaching and again new Ralf in Waverly Hills school after speaking french walks straight into the locker, Homer explaining basic fairness ;) . It would have been so cool, if the “City Inspector” part was done by Javier Bardem, the original guy from No Country for Old Men.

Very good ep, really good to see a mean inspector, I would sure hate him.

Bart sleeping = normal from what i see of him
Edna sleeping = wow, looks like a sack, luckily skinner loves her.

Chalmers – Superintendent – what does that mean? Skinner does not know!!!

I wonder if 6.66 means something here ;)

Nice little ratings then, solid, yay.
