New Episode: Homer The Whopper

Catch the season 21 premiere of The Simpsons tonight at 8:00pm on Fox.

Homer as 'Everyman'

Comic Book Guy casts Homer as the lead in “Everyman,” a feature film based on the new comic book superhero he created. To whip him into shape for the part, the movie studio hires celebrity fitness trainer Lyle McCarthy (guest voice Seth Rogen) but Homer has trouble sticking to his new, healthy regimen.

That was a really good episode, lots of great jokes.
“editing solves everything…except for my IRS problems,” Lyle gliding off the building and then getting on the bus, Homer rushing through everyones announcements during dinner
Seth Rogen and his partner did an awesome job.

I agree, instant classic in my opinion. The fit Homer/fat Homer flying through the air “editing” was hilarious!

The episode was good not great. I like episodes with CBG but i think that the story was a little slow, but it was a great season premiere episode and as cbg said at the end of the episode “worst movie ever” not really… a 7.6/10

Great episode although I did drift a bit mid-to-late… so I could see why someone would say it was slow. The “edited version” of the fight scene made me spit soda.

Does anybody know what was bleeped out?
