Wow, calm down. If you’re going to turn on a show like Family Guy, you should know that it’s going to insult whatever it wants, because it’s a cartoon. It’s not a big deal.

yes, i’m a HUGE simpsons fan, i’ve being watching the show since i can remember for 14 almost 15 years now (DON’T CALL ME A KID THAT’S TAKING F.G. TO SERIOUSLY I’M NOT) i’m just sick of the fact that f.g. is losing smartness and gaining stupidety! they must turn that show in a clever show like the simpsons(less clever than The simpsons thou).

Brian i visited your website and it’s better than planet-familyguy, i was a fan of mcfarlanes till it started to go to stupid but i watch it occasionally, but here’s allways the same seasons 1-3 and 8(your season 7)
So far The Simpsons have had a great season. Not ratings wise but quality/plot/humor wise. Websites like IGN have gave the episodes great reviews and believe this could be a great season. However i think this could be a seriously bad episode. I mean a episode that focuses on Marge never really makes a classic these days. Also is Marge turning into a poser a plot that makes you think now there could ba a seriously funny episode. At best this episode could be good and comfortable. At worst it could be the worst in a while. I think this is a shame as well because ever since the change to HD episodes i think they have improved the episodes greatly.

I personally hate what the Simpsons have done with Marge. Remember when she was the responsible parent with morals who held the familly together. Sure she was never funny, but that was ok. Homer more than made up the differance. Lately she has been stupid and demoralized to try to compete with the brainlessness of Family Guy. (nothin against FG. It’s funny, but at the same time retarded.)
I take that back partially. She still has morals and holds the family together, but in certain episodes she completely changes
I have a feeling his wp might be funny. Better than the recent Marge episode, The Great Wife hope.
@rmcc(Portugal)- If your that ticked off by his shows then why even watch all 3? (which u obviously do to be able to spot those little “jokes”) And why don’t you post a comment like that on a website that has to do with Seth McFarlane’s shows instead of a The Simpsons one?
I’m sick of this stupid rivalry between the shows. I for one happen to like both The Simpsons and Family Guy. So I wouldn’t count myself as one of those people who gives a The Simpsons episode a 10 and then go give a Family Guy episode a 1 just to try and get the show off the air with my pointless reviews because it just won’t happen.

I totally agree that the Simpsons is getting its touch back. With the exception of that Marge UFC episode, I’ve loved this season. And ToH XX was one of my favorite ToH’s of all time. Unfortunately, no matter how much the quality improves, I think it’ll still be considered “cool” to say The Simpsons sucks.

I agree with you there. It will be considered to say it sucks is cool. Most people who say it sucks now stopped watching during the Sully years. Since then they have only watched a hundful of episodes but still somehow believe they can say thet season sucked even if they only watched one or two episodes from it. Season 20 for example. They could have watched an episode like Lisa the Drama Queen which was awful but then they could have missed good ones like eeny teeny maya moe or waverly hills 9021 doh.
Screw those people. The Simpsons is awesome.

I bought this months magazine with Marge cover just for kicks. It is fun and sexy. (Yes, you’ll see Marge’s nipples).
For the ones who think Marge is supposed to be the one who sets the moral rules at home; well, I think she is doing her job as a mother. This doesn’t mean she doesn’t enjoy being sexy.
Besides she has been naked in public stadium and photographed. Lets not forget she flashed her goods to save Bart. She probably feels comfortable by now.

maybe you didn’t know but brian (not completely sure but im pretty sure of this) created this website in 1997 and handed it over to adam (current owner) and he still helps making many of the posts and if you look at the end of the writing -and just above the comments- you’ll see it says “This post was written by: Brian – who has written 72 posts” so leave brian alone as he is great and a big Simpson’s fan although he also likes family guy and has made a website of that too, you know it IS possible to like more then one thing!

Have you seen the hardcore family guy fans websites? They are ranting against the current seasons and newer episodes of Family Guy the same way the Simpsons haters hate against the newer seasons. Same old Blah blah blah that family guy isn’t funny anymore. I guess some people will never be happy.
A lot of my friends (including me) who stopped watching The Simpsons around Season 13-14 for various reasons are now watching again. I think it’s a great season so far.
