@Mr. Tim- That was just a Halloween episode. The stuff in the Halloween episodes are just meant to be taken as stories. It’s not like Groundskeeper Willie is actually dead like when he died in many of the Halloween shorts. Bart doesn’t really have a twin brother.

BART’S HOLIDAY WISH THIS SEASON IS FOR A BROTHER ON AN ALL-NEW “THE SIMPSONS” SUNDAY, DECEMBER 13 ON FOX

Brothers Peyton Manning, Eli Manning and Cooper Manning; Kim Cattrall (“Sex and The City”), Jordan Nagai (“Up”) and Tommy Smothers and Dick Smothers (The Smothers Brothers) Make Special Guest Voice Appearances

One snowy day in Springfield, Lisa informs Bart that she and Maggie share a bond that Bart will never understand because he doesn’t have a brother, so Bart asks Homer for a baby brother. Best episode of the season, and best episode since season 19′s “The Debarted” and “Eternal Moonshine of the Simpson Mind”.

I thought Bart’s attempts to get his parents to have a baby were great. Having desert and not wanting to “do it” after was funny.
