Ratings: American History X-Cellent

Last night’s ‘American History X-Cellent’ saw a total of 5.65 million viewers tune in — a now average figure for the show, which places it as the fourth least watched episode in the show’s history. It bumps last week’s episode ‘The Greatest Story Ever D’ohed’ out of the bottom five.

The Simpsons was third in its 8:00 timeslot, behind 60 Minutes/The Amazing Race and Extreme Makeover: Home Edition. A repeat of ‘Bart Gets A Z’ in the horror slot of 7:30pm had 2.49 million viewers. The Cleveland Show had good viewer retention out of The Simpsons with 5.45 million viewers, while Family Guy built on that audience with 6.93 million viewers. Fox was fourth overall for the night and third among adults 18 – 49.
