Real Life “Blinky” found near Nuclear Power Plant

Meet the real life “Blinky”.

This three-eyed fish was caught in a lake outside a nuclear power plant in Argentina. The fishermen who caught the strange fish declined to eat it and are instead having it tested to see if the mutation occurred from something in the water.  The media in Argentina immediately began comparing it to “Blinky” from The Simpsons who fans will remember from the Season 2 episode “Two Cars in Every Garage and Three Eyes on Every Fish”.

I wonder if the owner of that nuclear power plant will now run for governor and be forced to dine on said fish at a local family’s dinner table.

Constant viewers will also remember that Argentina (according to Morgan Spurlock) seems to have a populace dedicated to The Simpsons more so than any other country. Maybe they have tampered with nature to create their own Blinky?

Very True. Argentina has some of the most loyal fans. They had Duff Beer available massively in stores years and years ago before others more recently dabbled with it. :-)
