Preview: Lisa Goes Gaga

The Season 23 finale “Lisa Goes Gaga” is just two weeks away and Fox have released a preview of the episode to YouTube. Watch it above!

Lisa tries to reverse her status as one of the least popular girls in school by ghostwriting positive things about herself on the school blog. When her plan backfires, her social ranking plummets to a new low – until a psychic force tells Lady Gaga (guest-starring as herself) that Lisa needs her help. With Gaga’s assistance, Lisa and the entire town of Springfield realize that being yourself is better than being like anyone else.

    I am not against Lady gaga. She is artistic, just like the good old singers from the 80′s. Her music I do not appreciate as much, but I think this episode should be good. It seems like will be over the top, but hey! we had been getting better episode. For me nothing will top Michael Jackson’s Episode!!

    I have liked every episode except for one, “Politically Inept, With Homer Simpson” so if this Lady Gaga episode is bad then I will have only disliked 2 episodes in season 23. That IMHO would make season 23 pretty darn good. Surprisingly I didn’t think the Lady Gaga promo was that bad, I mean it didn’t look great but it wasn’t as bad as I thought it would be.

    People have different tastes. I’m looking forward to this, as it can’t be any worse than putting Green Day in The Simpsons Movie.

    Last night’s episode sucked. Slow moving & boring. Please don’t center episodes around celebrities. Also, it makes the episode very dated when we watch an episode like this in 10 years.

    4.79 million viewers. Also why does the ratings get posted late here? They aren’t the final ratings either way. The last episode actually got 4.07. American Dad beat it just that week though.
