David Silverman Talks ‘The Simpsons’

New website MakingOf has just posted an exclusive interview with animation creator David Silverman. He talks about his work on The Simpsons and give advice on how to work in comedy. The four-time Emmy winner has not only directed The Simpons Movie, but has produced, directed and animated the TV show since its premiere in 1989. MakingOf’s interview with the filmmaker gives viewers an enhanced appreciation for animation and all the effort that’s put into this art.

Al Jean Speaks Simpsons

In a recent conference call, Al Jean spoke about what we can expect to see from both season 20 of The Simpsons and the show’s future in general. Jean spoke about the possible return of Plopper the Pig from The Simpsons Movie, writing for the character of Ned Flanders, another Simpsons movie which may be in the works, The Simpsons Ride and even the possibility of the Simpson kids ever growing up.
